When the 107th Tennessee General Assembly adjourned on Saturday, May 21, 2011, they left a FY 2011-2012 budget in place that INCLUDES all 4 of the Tennessee Real Estate Transfer Funds! This is $16.5 million for clean water, woods and wildlife. For our farmers and outdoorsmen. For our children & grandchildren. For a SUSTAINABLE and BEAUTIFUL “Forever Green” Tennessee! The Transfer Funds will receive:
State Lands Acquisition Fund: $3,087,500
Local Parks & Recreation Fund: $3,718,700
Agricultural Resources Conservation Fund: $3,187,500
The Wetlands Fund: $6,506,300
